What is the Survey Points Reward System?
Our Survey Points Reward System allows you to earn points by completing surveys. You can redeem these points for vouchers, cash, and more.
How do I earn points?
Simply complete surveys! Each survey you finish will earn you a set number of points.
How many points will I earn per survey?
The number of points varies depending on the survey’s length and topic. The point value is displayed before you begin each survey.
How will I receive my reward?
Delivery depends on the type of reward:
- Electronic vouchers or codes will be sent to your email.
- Physical vouchers can be picked up from our office or delivered, depending on the reward's terms.
- Cash rewards require you to provide your IBAN for a bank transfer.
Full details will be provided when you claim your reward.
How many points do I need to redeem a voucher?
The number of points required depends on the reward. Each voucher clearly shows the points needed for redemption.
I redeemed a voucher but didn’t receive it. What should I do?
First, check your email’s spam/junk folder and review your ‘Your Points’ in your account. If it is still missing, contact our support team at support@ricerka.com.mt.
I did not receive points for my participation. What should I do?
